First Impressions: Theme, Graphics & Sound

It looks great! The 5 reels are familiar, the letters and fishing symbols are super distinct and easy to differentiate – there are no heartstoppers where you thought a symbol was something else, but the £amounts for the fishes are quite similar, so spotting 3 the same coming in can be tricky. The game’s fishing theme and primary character is nice and relatable as well. I have to admit, the music is sometimes a little repetitive, but you can turn that off!! The game come from Pragmatic Play too, which is one of the highly reputable providers that I like (maybe even my favourite?), which is always a tick in the pro column for me!

How to Play Big Bass Bonanza

Playing the games is easy, and the turbo spin function (just hold space) makes getting through a lot of spins quick. Take care though, this can burn your credit quickly and I thought took some of the fun out of it! The value fish amounts are hard to distinguish but the game takes care of that for you. Three in a row across top middle or bottom wins, and they can be mixed so more chances to win. Get 3 scatters and you win free spins.
